What is video analytics?
Video analytics is the real-time analysis of camera footage with artificial intelligence. The system recognises people, vehicles, plates and movement, raises events based on defined rules and alerts the operator, so no one has to watch dozens of screens at once.
With conventional CCTV, incidents are usually found afterwards by rewinding recordings. With intelligent video analytics, wall climbing, entry into restricted areas, abandoned packages or fights trigger an alarm the moment they happen, with the footage and location on the operator's screen.

Can video analytics be added to my existing cameras?
In most cases, yes. We check resolution and angles, connect suitable cameras to the analytics server and add new cameras only where needed.
Does AI camera analytics work at night?
Yes. With night-vision, low-light cameras and properly planned lighting, analytics work reliably at night.
Will there be many false alarms?
Rules are tuned to the site, and human/vehicle classification filters out most alarms caused by leaves, shadows or animals.
Does plate recognition work with barriers?
Yes. The barrier opens automatically for registered plates; guest vehicles are logged and can optionally be reported to security.
How are recordings and personal data protected?
Footage is kept on recording servers accessible only to authorised users, with retention periods and permissions set in line with data protection law.
