This policy covers use of the Datatürk website and enquiries submitted through its contact form. The registered name of the company operating the site is:

Contact form
The form requests your name, email address, telephone number, optional company name and message. Form enquiries are not stored in a separate customer database or CRM on the site; they are delivered to the company through its email infrastructure.
Site and information security
Form security checks, temporary IP-based request limits and Cloudflare Turnstile verification help prevent unwanted submissions. Turnstile may process technical signals concerning your browser, device and connection. Technical access records may also be created as part of the hosting service.
Analytics and advertising
The site currently does not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or technologies that track users for advertising or marketing.
Theme preference
Your light or dark theme choice is stored in your browser’s localStorage.theme. This is not an HTTP cookie; you can remove the preference by clearing browser data.
Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and within the periods prescribed by applicable law. When the grounds for processing cease, data is erased, destroyed or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.
Third-party service providers
Hosting, email and information security services are used to the extent necessary to run the site. Cloudflare Turnstile supports form security, and email infrastructure delivers form enquiries.
