Fault Report
Report a fault in your existing system with block, apartment and device details. Intercom, camera, plate recognition, barrier, access control and Wi‑Fi faults can be entered together for several blocks; the list reaches our technical team as a service form.
01Select the faulty systems
If several systems on the same site have faults, tick them all.
02Enter the fault locations and devices
Each row is one block or location. If the same fault exists in other blocks, use “Duplicate row” and change only the block and apartment.
